Shipping Information

Our delivery times depend not only on the shipping method chosen, but also on the length of time it takes to create your personalised items. Orders containing items to be personalised may take longer to be delivered than non-personalised items. During busy / seasonal periods our despatch times may be longer. Please refer to the information below for the estimated time it will take for your order to reach you. If your order is likely to be delayed for any reason beyond these times, we will notify you as soon as possible.

- Stickers & Banners - 2-3 Days

- In Stock Gifts / Promotional Items - Up to 1 Week

- Clothing & Clothing Related Items - 2 Weeks

- Business Cards, Flyers & Other Printed Items - 1-2 Weeks

Presst currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Our shipping costs vary according to the size and weight of your order, and all orders over £100 qualify for free standard shipping. 

Most of our items are shipped using Royal Mail's 1st or 2nd class delivery services for orders under 2kg. This is our standard service and is the default delivery option in your shopping cart. Royal Mail delivers 94% of orders the next day (it may sometimes take 2-5 working days and in rare cases up to 15 working days) including Saturday, but not Sunday.

If your order is over 2kg, bulky, or large, we use DPD Local delivery services, and this will automatically be selected for you in your shopping cart. 

We are based in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire, and can also offer a collection service for our local customers, which is free of charge. Items can be collected weekdays 9am - 3pm. We will contact you when your order is ready, please make sure that we have arranged a collection time with you before you arrive. This is available as an option in your cart. 

During adverse weather conditions or peak times such as Christmas, deliveries to some parts of the country can be affected. We appreciate your patience at these times!
